Refund policy

We want you to love your Velenne purchase. However, if it is not completely perfect, our return process is designed to be seamless and stress-free.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We never charge restocking fees - our policy is entirely transparent from start to finish.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@velenneatelier.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and we highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

If you prefer an exchange, simply let us know when you get in touch, and we will help you find the perfect alternative.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing days to credit your account.
