To preserve the softness, shape and appearance of your cashmere, we recommend gentle care:

• Hand wash in cool or lukewarm water using a specialist cashmere or wool detergent.

• Do not twist, wring or stretch the cashmere.

• Press excess water out gently, then reshape while damp.

• Dry flat on a clean towel, away from direct sunlight, radiators and other sources of heat.

• Avoid hanging the shawl while wet, as this may distort its shape.

• Store folded in a cool, dry place rather than on a hanger.

• Small amounts of pilling can naturally occur with cashmere. If needed, gently remove pills using a suitable cashmere comb.
